Murry Laster

Murry Calvin Laster Jr. (Aug. 31, 1920 – Dec. 3, 1943) was a soldier from Memphis who died during a routine training flight during World War II. He is listed on the VFW Post 5669 Memorial Wall in Oneida, the Scott County Veterans Memorial in Huntsville, and the East Tennessee Veterans Memorial in Knoxville, but does not appear to have ever lived in Scott County or have ties to Scott County.
