Claude Hensley
Claude Vernon Hensley was a soldier from Scott County, Va. who was killed in World War II. He was mistakenly listed as being from Scott County, Tenn., and is listed on the VFW Post 5669 Memorial Wall in Oneida, the Scott County Veterans Memorial in Huntsville, and the East Tennessee Veterans Memorial in Knoxville. However, it does not appear that he ever lived in Scott County, Tenn. or had ties here.
