Leisa Ann Chambers, 49, passed away November 20, 2013, at UT Medical Center in Knoxville.
Born March 23, 1964, she was preceded in death by her father, Jim Chambers; and grandparents: Dohy and Opal Chitwood, and Frank and Fuschia Chambers.
She was a member of First United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her mother, Ann Jeffers and husband, John; sister, Krista Lynn West; step-sisters: Carrie Jeffers and Angela Asher; neices and nephew: Morgan Bryn West Gazay, Kassidy Jade West, Maycee Jamelynn West, and Ruger Gregory West; great- nephew and niece, Kannon and Kambel; aunts and uncles: Bill and Nadine Smith, James and Imogene Laxton, Irene Chitwood, and Pat and Russell Black; cousins: William (Bill) and Alan Smith, Reece King, Gina Phillips, and Sherry and Thea Chitwood; special friends: Jenny Harris, Vicki Bearden, and Jennifer Holden; and many other relatives.
Funeral service was conducted November 22, in the chapel of West-Murley Funeral Home with Rev. Keith Knight officiating. Music was provided by Tom Payne and Dennie Neal. Graveside service was conducted November 23, at Hazel Valley Cemetery.
West-Murley Funeral Home had charge of arrangements.
