James Alexander (Wally) Wallace, 40, of Oneida, passed away November 3, 2013, at home.
Born in Charleston, South Carolina, July 30, 1973, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Earl and Josie Parson; mother-in-law, Joyce Smith Bottoms; and special friend, Eugene Winnie.
He had more friends than could be counted and everyone who met him liked him.
He is survived by his mother, Ann Wallace of Oneida; wife of 17 years, Delores Wallace of Oneida; sons: James ìNickî Nicolas Wallace and Issac Wallace, both of Oneida; father-in-law, Eugene Bottoms and wife, Beverly, of Helenwood; special aunt, Rachael Delph and husband, Ryan, of Andersonville; uncles and aunts: Earl Dean and Karen Parson, and Ruby and Johnny Newport, all of Ohio, Jeffery and Wanda Parson of Oneida, Kathy and Jerry Long of Texas, Dorothy and Bobby Hughett of Robbins, and Francis and Benny Zachary of the New River community; special friends: Bo Lewis and family of the Fairview community, Gary Sellers and family, Shannon Chitwood and family of Oneida, and Don Jeffers of the Fairview community; and many other relatives.
Funeral service was conducted November 5, in the chapel of West-Murley Funeral Home with Bro. Keith Marcum and Bo Lewis officiating. Music was provided by Pine Creek Choir. Graveside service was to have been conducted at 11 a.m., Wednesday, November 6, at Reed Cemetery.
West-Murley Funeral Home had charge of arrangements.
