Ella Imogene Phillips Watters, 72, of Oneida, passed away August 23, 2013, at her home.

Born February 19, 1941, she was preceded in death by her parents, Luther and Ethel Crisp Phillips; husband, Mearl Watters; brothers: Luther, Jr., Carlos, and Alonzo Phillips; and sisters: Laura Jane King, Pat Hill, and Zora Myers.

She was a member of Clay Hill Church.

She is survived by her children: Sam Pryor, Pam Webb, Tim Pryor and wife, Tamra, and Mark Pryor; grandchildren: Chad Pryor, Seth Phillips, Jonathan Pryor, Landon Daugherty, Colby Webb, Natalie Daugherty, Jordan Lee Taubert, Betsy Raptoulis, and Rebecca Blue Pryor; four great-grandchildren, brothers: Eugene Phillip and wife, Debbie, Wayne Phillips and wife, Patsy, and Blaine Phillips and wife, Kathy; sisters: Clotine Clark and husband, Winfred, Micky Maxwell and husband, Donald Lee, and Dora Atkins; brother-and sister-in-law, Denzil King, and Julie Phillips; extended family: Jann Lewis, John Byrge, Alison Byrge, Nikki Crabtree; and many other relatives.

Funeral service was conducted August 25, in the chapel of Four Oaks Funeral Home of Oneida with Bro. Larry Ellis and Bro. Doug White officiating. Music was provided by Natalie Daugherty and Nikki Crabtree. Graveside service was conducted August 26, at Scott County Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
