HUNTSVILLE — A Scott County grand jury indicted 13 persons last week.
Meeting for its quarterly session here, the grand jury returned 12 true bills, all of them related to drug or alcohol abuse.
Among the indictments:
• Christopher James Gulsby, 30, was indicted on charges of initiating the process to manufacture meth, promotion of meth manufacture, possession of a Schedule VI controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, all stemming from a March 15 incident in which Gulsby was allegedly found to be in possession of meth-making items and marijuana;<em>To continue reading, please <a href="/subscriptions">subscribe to the Independent Herald</a>.
