Temperatures of 100° or higher in Scott County history

Temperatures hotter than 100° are rare in Scott County. The average temperature ranges from 82° in mid June to 86° in mid July and falls back slightly to 85° in mid August.

Only six times since National Weather Service records-keeping began in Oneida in the 1950s has the temperature reached 100° or hotter. The all-time record is 103°, set on back-to-back days in July 2012.
