Howard Tibbals is pictured with his son, Jeff Tibbals, and former Tennessee Governor Bill Haslam.

Jeff Tibbals was the 21st and 23rd mayor of Scott County, serving in that capacity from 2010 to 2014 and 2018 to 2022. Both before and after his tenures as Scott County Mayor, he served on the Board of Aldermen in the Town of Oneida. He was a math teacher at Oneida High School, and formerly worked for NASA. He is the son of Hartco flooring brand founder Howard Tibbals and the grandson of Tibbals Flooring Co. founder Charles Tibbals.
