Felicia Bilbrey

Felicia Hamby Bilbrey was Scott County Clerk from 2018 to 2026.

She was first elected to office in the 2018 election, replacing her aunt, Pat Phillips. She won re-election in 2022, defeating Amanda Chambers Sexton. However, Sexton won the 2026 election.

As clerk, Bilbrey was the first to introduce Saturday hours.
