HUNTSVILLE — A pair of inmates at the Scott County Justice Center were charged with destruction of private property after allegedly attempting to dig through the masonary wall at the jail on Friday.

According to warrants filed by Sgt. Shane Mason of the Scott County Sheriff's Department, the inmates were using a piece of metal rod to bore into the wall.

Lilly Sue Murray, 49, and Tonya Ferrier, 40, were charged following the discovery.
