Lois Watson Boyatt, 89, of Oneida, passed away March 6, 2017, at her home.

Born February 19, 1928, she was preceded in death by her parents, Edison and Sara Jane Rowe Watson; husband, Clay “Jabe” Boyatt; daughters: Patty Ann Boyatt, Janette Kidd, and Kathy Stephens; great-great-granchild, Cole Newport; and brothers: Thomas, Hubert, and David Watson.

She was a member of Foster Crossroads Baptist Church.

She is survived by her sons-in-law, Ronald Kidd and Freddie Stephens; grandchildren: Clay Kidd, Marie Newport, Michael Kidd, Laura Kidd, Dwayne Stephens, and Jessie Stephens; great-grandchildren: Shane, Travis, Hannah, Daniel, Ashton, Lindsey, Dalton, Dallas, Jolie, and CJ; great-great-grandchildren: Victoria, Jaxon, Riley and Reed; sisters, Mary Alice (Tommy) Miller, and Alma Ruth Pike; brother, Paul Ray Watson; and many other relatives.

Funeral service was conducted March 10, at Foster Crossroads Baptist Church with Bro. Jeff Boyatt officiating. Music was provided by Foster Crossroads Baptist Church choir. Interment followed at Marcum-Kidd Cemetery.
