HUNTSVILLE — The Scott County Sheriff's Department says that it fears a negative trend in the number of Scott County minors who are using and selling illegal drugs, after a third juvenile defendant was arrested on drug-related charges last week.

According to a report filed by Sheriff's Department drug agent Kris Lewallen, a 16-year-old West Oneida girl was arrested on Wednesday, Feb. 22, on accusations of selling powerful synthetic drugs that have sometimes proven fatal, which she allegedly purchased via the internet.
