Audrey Mae Carroll Goodman, 77, of the Smokey Creek community, passed away February 18, 2017, at Methodist Medical Center in Oaks Ridge.

She was born August 27, 1939 in Scott County, August 27, 1939, she was preceded in death by her parents, Columbus and Dora Massengale Carroll; husband, Claude Goodman; daughter, Sylvia McQuown; grandson, Logan Lawson; sisters: Mildred Carroll Lowe, Grace Carroll Gibson; and brothers, Odeva Carroll and Daryl Ray Carroll.

She was a Member of Smokey Creek Baptist Church.

She is survived by her children: Gaither (Connie) Goodman, Dennis (Mossie) Goodman, Delphia Goodman, Annette (Ben) Letner, Evette (Karl) Meager, Jamie (Kayla) Goodman and Claudette Lawson; grandchildren: Jason, Josh, Eric, Shellie, Jonathon and Alex; great-grandchildren: Logan, Landon, Jacey, Zaden, Baileigh, Jacob, Danica, Bentley, Jordon, Montana, Kaylee, Chloe and Kaitlyn; great-great-grandchild, Brentley; and several nieces, nephews and many other relatives.

The family was to have received friends from 5 p.m. until time of funeral service at 7 p.m., Wednesday, February 22, in the chapel of Four Oaks Funeral Home-Huntsville with Bro. Edmond Lowe officiating. Music was to have been provided by the Mason Family and the Henson Family. Graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m., Thursday, February 23, at Smokey Creek Cemetery.
