A 63-year old homeless man was arrested on Sunday, after several days of allegedly harassing several businesses and their patrons along Oneida's "Four Lane."

Jimmy Lee Ridner, 63, was arrested by Oneida Police Department officers Sunday, one day after allegedly attempting to steal a shopping cart from Tractor Supply Co.

Multiple citizens had complained about Ridner's solicitations for money, and several had posted on Facebook about their experiences, warning others to steer clear of the man. One woman said he attempted to enter her vehicle after asking for money, and several people said he acted rudely when they did not give him money.
