Jonathan Christopher Lewallen, 26, of Oneida, passed away January 6, 2017.
Born January 16, 1990, he was preceded in death by his grandmother, Dollie Bowling; uncle, Tony Lewallen; and special friend, Juan Garcia.
He was a member of West Robbins Missionary Baptist Church and was employed with Norfolk-Southern Railroad.
He is survived by his parents, Tim and Marietta McGlothlin Lewallen; brothers and sisters: TJ (Tanisha) Lewallen, Rachael Lewallen, Scott Lewallen and DJ Lewallen, all of Oneida, Michelle Lewallen of Knoxville, and Crystal Lewallen of Winfield; grandparents, Florietta and Kenny Arthur of Martinsville, Ind.; special niece, Hiley Hope Lewallen; special step-daughter, Jayci Perry and her mother, Sariah Jo Huckeby; aunts and uncles: John (Debbie) McGlothlin of Orlando, Fla., Terry (Veronica) McGlothlin of Decatur, Ind., George (Debbie) McGlothlin of New Castle, Ind., Diane (Dave) Spaulding of Decatur, Ind., Lori (Jack) Sexton, Lisa (Darryl) Webb and Bill (Robin) Bowling, all of Robbins, and Melanie Ellis of Oneida; special brothers: Brian Day and Ryan and Bryan Golden; special friends: Logan Crowley, Allen Hughett and Lorenzo Garcia; and numerous cousins, team mates and many other relatives.
Funeral service was conducted January 8, in the chapel of West-Murley Funeral Home with Bro. Charles Golden officiating. Graveside service was conducted January 9, at Black Creek Crossroads Cemetery.
