HUNTSVILLE — County Mayor Dale Perdue and 7th District Commissioner Mike Slaven were the unanimous choices for chairman and chairman pro tem of the newly seated Board of County Commissioners as it met in its inaugural session here Monday evening.
That was the first order of business for the new mayor and a 14-member legislative body which includes nine new commissioners.
