Seven-year-old Ashlyn Cotton was named Scott County's Little Miss Junior Fairest of the Fair at the Scott County Fair Tuesday evening.

The daughter of Johnny and Regina Cotton of Oneida, Ashlyn was selected by judges from a field of 24 contestants in the second of four pageants at the fair.

Ashlyn is a second grade student at Burchfield School, and was sponsored by Sexton, Sexton & Leach, P.C.
