HUNTSVILLE — An Oneida man who allegedly threatened to kill his brother is facing a laundry list of criminal charges following his arrest by officers from both the Scott County Sheriff's Department and Oneida Police Department Wednesday evening.

Richard Lee Debord, 63, of Oneida, was arrested by officers as he traveled from his brother's home in the Robbins area back to Oneida.

According to reports filed by Scott County Sheriff's Department officer Derek Sexton, officers were alerted to a dispute between the brothers around 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, when Debord's brother phoned 911 to say that Debord had pointed a gun at him and threatened to kill him while at his residence west of Robbins.
