Wilda Marie Layne Honeycutt, 75, passed away April 28, 2014, at Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge.

Born in Oneida, April 11, 1939, she was preceded in death by her parents, Taft and Febie Terry; the father of her children, Thomas Layne; second husband, Matthew Honeycutt; son, John Layne; grandchild, Skylar Layne; brothers, James and Milford Terry; and son-in-law, Dennis Cotton.

She is survived by her children:  Roy (Diane) Layne, Dennis (Donna) Layne, Teresa Cotton, and Steve Burchfield; nine grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, brothers: Clayton (Mae) Terry, Hurstle (Phyllis) Terry, Jim (Debbie) Terry, Marshall (Patricia) Terry, and Chuck Terry; sisters:  Ella (Homer) Chambers, and Irene Terry; and several nieces, nephews, and many other relatives.

Funeral service was conducted April 30, in the chapel of West-Murley Funeral Home with Bro. Jamie Byrd officiating. Music was provided by Grave Hill Church Choir. Graveside service was conducted May 1, at Scott County Memorial Gardens.
