HUNTSVILLE — Jessica Edwards scored 20 points to lead three Lady Highlanders in double figures, as Scott defeated Claiborne 64-49 at Highlander Gymnasium Thursday evening.

Edwards scored 11 of her 20 in the fourth quarter to help the Lady Highlanders maintain their double-digit lead against the Bulldogs.

In a game that featured a combined 56 free throws by the two teams, Scott built a small six-point advantage (26-20) at halftime, then steadily pulled away in the second half.
