HUNTSVILLE — What was described in legal documents as an “active” drug deal was broken up by a Scott County Sheriff’s Department deputy Thursday.

Brian Anthony Delosangeles was arrested after authorities allegedly noticed suspicious activity on Glass House Road in south Huntsville.

According to a warrant filed by SCSD deputy Keith Hawkins, he and deputy Lisa Anderson were on patrol when they spotted two cars sitting on Glass House Road. When officers approached the vehicles, the occupant of one of the vehicles — later identified as Delosangeles — allegedly attempted to hide something in the console of the vehicle.
