Forest Ralph Duncan, 88, of Oneida, passed away November 21, 2013, at his daughterís home in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Born January 18, 1925, he was preceded in death by his parents, David and Letta Murphy Duncan; and wives, Beatrice Elizabeth Woolum Duncan, and Margaret Duncan.
He had been a welder for GE Manufacturing, served in the United States Navy in War World II, and was a member of Masonic Lodge #695 of Oneida for 50 years.
He is survived by his daughter, Vicki Lynn Paynter; son, Phillip Gerald Duncan; a host of step-children; several grandchildren, and many other relatives.
The family will receive friends from 4 - 7 p.m., Friday, December 6, at Winfield Baptist Church followed by Masonic service at 7 p.m. Funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m., Saturday, December 7, at Winfield Baptist Church, with Pastor David Smith officiating. Interment will follow at 3 p.m., at Jenson Cemetery.
