Cara Lea Ellis, 83, passed away November 22, 2013, at Oneida Nursing and Rehab Center.

Born August 18, 1930, she was preceded in death by her parents, Millard and Selma Pemberton Watts; daughter, Vickie Lowe; first husband and the father of her children, Leabert Goad; grandson, Bethel Scott Blevins; brothers, J. C. and Kimber Watts; and sisters: Iona Sumner and Kathy Tompkins.

She was a member of First Baptist Church of Robbins.

She is survived by her children: Allen Goad and wife, Linda, of Oneida, Mildred Welch and husband, Bobby, of Robbins, and Dwight Goad of Kingston, Ky.; four grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, brother, Ralph Watts of Glenda, Tenn.; sister, Shirley Fowler of North Carolina; and many other relatives.

Funeral service was conducted November 25, in the chapel of Four Oaks Funeral Home of Oneida with Bro. Mike Smithers officiating. Music was provided by Shane Blevins. Interment followed at Slick Rock Cemetery.

Four Oaks Funeral Home of Oneida had charge of arrangements.
