History Publishing Company has agreed to publish The Greatest Speech Ever: The Remarkable Story of Abraham Lincoln and His Gettysburg Address by Judge James L. Cotton, Jr. The Foreword is by Former Senator Howard H. Baker, Jr., of Tennessee.
In the preface, the author prepares the reader for that remarkable story. He writes, “By design, I strived to make the book more than a specialized monograph about the Gettysburg Address,
