HUNTSVILLE — In a defensive clinic at Scott High School Tuesday, Oneida managed the only goal of the evening to stay unbeaten and run its win streak to four with a 1-0 win over the Lady Highlanders.

Sophomore Jenna Bridges scored the goal — her eighth of the season — off an assist by fellow sophomore Baylee Newport.

"When these two teams play each other the intensity level rises considerably," Oneida coach Scott Terry said. "A lot of these kids from Oneida and Scott are friends off the field, so it makes for an exciting game for the kids, coaches and fans. We were lucky enough to walk away with a precious district win."
