ALCOA — "A refusal to lose." That's how Oneida soccer coach Scott Terry described his team's attitude in Tuesday's soccer matchup with Alcoa.
Terry said it before the game and again after. And his team proved him right, earning a 3-1 win over the Tornadoes for their program's first win over Alcoa in eight years.
Jenna Bridges scored all three Oneida goals — giving her seven for the season, which is only three games old — while Jessi Morgan and Baylee Newport provided assists.
