Aline Spradlin, 83, of Oneida, passed away June 10, 2013, at her home.

Born in Norma, March 14, 1930, she was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Mable Hughett Clowers; husband, Junior Spradlin; son, Paul Spradlin; grandson, Derrick Spradlin; brothers: James, Lonnie, Harley, Marley, and Junior Clowers; sister, Evelyn Terry; and brother-in-law, Harry Spradlin.

She was a member of Paint Rock Baptist Church for more than 43 years.

She is survived by her sons: Charles Spradlin and wife, Helen, of Oneida, Ric Spradlin of Knoxville, and Lyndel Spradlin and wife, Etta, of Winfield; daughters: Beverly Stephens and husband, Mike of Johnson City, and Dodie Garrett and husband, Tim, of Morristown; grandchildren: Ginger Leach, Charlsey Cofer, Amy Martin, Kelly Posey, Nicole Stephens, Greg Spradlin, Sean Spradlin, Cameron Spradlin, Devin Stephens, Adam Garrett, Aaron Garrett, and Colton Spradlin; great-grandchildren: Taylor, Andrew, Noah, Hannah, Gracie, Isaac, Joseph, Clayton, Rianna, Jacob, Hayden, Michael, Jacob, Kennedy, and Ashley; sisters: Pauline Grisco, Mary Nell and Paul Compton of Oneida, Betty and Aulem Winford Cross of Huntsville, and Vieda and Alex Govea of Chicago, Ill.; brothers: Convie and Pauline Clowers of LaPorte, Ind., and Roger and Carol Clowers of Oneida; daughters-in-law: Glenna Spradlin and Laura Lay; sisters-in-law: Ruby Clowers of LaPorte, Ind., Masel Clowers of Fairview, and Liza Spradlin of Oneida; and many other relatives.

Funeral service was conducted June 13, in the chapel of Four Oaks Funeral Home of Oneida with Bro. Dean Barnes and Bro. Steve Stanley officiating. Music was provided by Paint Rock Baptist Church Choir. Interment followed at Hazel Valley Cemetery.

Four Oaks Funeral Home of Oneida had charge of arrangements.
