The double header at the Bear Creek Sports Complex saw Oneida earn wins by scores of 16-0 and 19-0.

After a 6-3 double play helped Oneida get out of the top of the first inning in the first game without allowing a run, the Lady Indians immediately put the bats to work. Jenna Bridges had a base hit, and Kennedi Reed and Jasmin Jones both reached base on balls to load the bases with just one out.

Shalyn Lay's at-bat resulted in the first run for Oneida, followed by a two-run single by Amanda May.

Lay and May would also score, and Oneida still had the bases loaded when Brianna Bell nailed a three-run single to drive the lead to 8-0.

Oneida added one run in the second inning, with Lay scoring after reaching base on balls.

In the third and final inning, Oneida got runs from Callie Bowling, Bell, Reed, Tesla Huling, Aubrie Terry and Presley West. Huling also had a two-run single in the inning.

In the second game of the evening, Oneida jumped to a 5-0 lead in the first inning, then added six and eight runs in the second and third innings, respectively.

Back-to-back singles by Bridges and Bell led to a sacrifice RBI by Reed, followed by a double by May and an RBI single by Lay, both of whom would eventually score.

West also scored, on a two-run double by Robbins, before the inning ended.

In the bottom of the second inning, Huling and West each reached base and would eventually score, the first on an RBI single by May. King and Bowling also reached base and would ultimately score, with one of the runs coming on an RBI by Kaylan McCartt.

Shelby Thompson would score, while Ansley Thomas and Chloe Childres added runs as well.
