Georgia Savanah Brown, 73, of Oneida, passed away February 7, 2013, at Huntsville Manor in Huntsville.
Born in Scott County, March 1, 1939, she was preceded in death by her parents, Tollie and Nancy Watson; daughters: Flora Choate and Geneva Smith; and brothers: Henry and Carlos Watson.
She is survived by her sons: Dennis Chambers and wife, Sandi, and David Maxwell; daughter, Kathy Carson and husband, Scotty; special granddaughters: Cynthia Renea Privett, Amber Chambers, and Taylor Chambers; nine other grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, sister, Martha Watson; brothers: Jimmy Watson and wife, Doris, Howard Watson and wife, Rita, and Otis Watson; special brother- and sister-in-law, Elbert ìJimî and Betty Watson; special niece, Loretta Choate; and many other relatives.
Funeral service was conducted February 9, in the chapel of West-Murley Funeral Home with Bro. Ronnie Duncan officiating. Graveside service was conducted February 10, at Jeffers Cemetery.
West-Murley Funeral Home had charge of arrangements.
